I keep going back to the fact that the paraCON isn't happening this year. Maybe another year?
I was really looking forward to meeting new people, & sharing in the knowledge......I'm always up for learning new things, or remembering things.
My hands are freezing, it's 13 degrees outside, & I should be studying instead of typing, but here I am, typing out my frustration & sadness over the paraCON being cancelled.
And my new keyboard likes to play games with me....won't put in a period when I want one, & other things to annoy me.
What I really wanted was to meet like-minded souls to share with. Still hope I can.
And I hurt for Don & Sarah, as I know they put so much time & energy into this; I can't imagine the frustration they must feel.
I do want the money from my tix to go to the Community~ I really don't want it back. OK, maybe I'll buy a print by Don. That OK, Emperor? I do love the circle one.
Well, I have to study...sighs.....
Oh, would you send me those recipes? Still am curious!
